I will stamp all over 'credible boxer' Paul - Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight-round fight which will be streamed in real-time on Netflix.

British boxer Anthony Joshua stated he will "dominate completely" the American and "defeat" the American as the combatants met personally to build hype for next month's heavyweight fight.

Ex twice world boxing king Anthony Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive disparity - at Miami venue on December 19th.

Boxer's Mentality

"I will damage his features and damage his physique. My goal is to show I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35 years old, stated.

"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.

"I will seriously aim to injure him. That's my goal."

Civil Interaction

Despite these statements, a calm Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically known for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.

Jake Paul instead attacked ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian declined a fight offer.

Targeting Fury

Joshua, meanwhile, targeted UK opponent Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul victory.

"Jake Paul is superior to Fury - he's present here," Joshua stated.

"I respect him for that."

Legitimate Opponent

Despite declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Joshua declined to talk badly about his rival's pugilistic talent.

"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he remarked.

Paul's Background

Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mainly boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.

He was defeated by Briton Fury in last year.

Commercial Success

Still, the novice is still one of boxing's greatest money-making draws, regularly earning huge paydays.

Forecast and Belief

The 28-year-old predicted a stoppage in round four or five and claimed he would derail the long-awaited match between Joshua and Fury, which is apparently in the works for two years from now.

"It's going to be my match with Fury next year," Jake Paul stated.

Size Difference

As Joshua and Paul engaged in the customary stare-down, with their physical disparity clearly visible, it drove home just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is really happening.
